For our Wedding we decided to cater ourselves and have a team to serve us on the day. I found Clare incredibly helpful, friendly, always available and professional. All of the staff were well presented and hard working. The whole wedding was overseen and managed very well, both prior to the day and during the event. Thank you very much. David and Kevin were absolute stars on the day, but all of the staff were outstanding in their roles so it is impossible to decide who should be temp of the month. I think they all should be!
