Regency Recruitment supply staff for short or longer term contracts. These "temps" are the most popular form of staffing solution for most of our customers.
Regency Recruitment offers our customers a flexible service with regards to the recruitment of permanent personnel. After a temp has worked on site for 8 weeks, our customers can then employ them permanently for no extra charge.
Retail and Promotional
Regency Recruitment is Cheltenham's leading supplier of Retail, Promotional and Customer Service staff to department stores, PR companies and retail outlets.
The combination of hand picked and trained people provides our customers with reliable, committed and highly presentable staff.
Events, Hotel and Catering
Our aim is to provide the highest quality staff to meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
We combine careful selection and quality in-house training to provide not only the necessary service skills but also excellent customer service and professionalism.
Every applicant completes a detailed application form, including personal details and a complete work history.
All applicants for temporary work are reference checked for a minimum two year period.
The applicant is interviewed in depth by a trained consultant in order to determine experience, attitude, flexibility, personal preferences and suitability to represent Regency Recruitment.
The interview is also an opportunity to explain how Regency Recruitment operates and establishes a working relationship between applicant and consultant.
All temporary staff are given a briefing on every event or promotion in order to ensure that they know exactly what to expect when they arrive on site.
An orientation guide is prepared by Regency Recruitment. These guides are tailored to customers' exact requirements and typically would contain information specific to an event or promotion. Details confirming dress code, menu, product launch, reporting process etc. They are designed to give staff as much information as possible to assist them with the shift.
Regency Recruitment recognises the importance of face to face interviews and consultants are trained to conduct these effectively and consistently so as to gain the maximum possible useful information from the interview.
We also believe that an interview alone is not enough and in order to get the perfect match for our customers, we need all the objective information we can obtain about the applicant. In order to do this we test and assess all of our temporary staff.
The team at Regency Recruitment pride ourselves on the quality of service we offer to our temporary staff and our customers. However it is only with your feedback that we can continue to improve the service we provide.

Our training has been developed over many years by our team of people who have a wealth of experience in retail, hospitality and customer service. Training is participative and fun, and gives candidates some practical advice and guidance.
It includes a range of learning methods; including group discussions, exercises and practical activities, and ensures that all our temps have the confidence and skills to deliver excellent service to our customers.
